Lenses has no user accounts and does not store your conversations. Your input is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. We collect limited usage and technical data to run and improve the app. We do not sell your data.

When you use Lenses, we may process:

• What you type — transmitted to generate a response, not stored as a conversation record
• Selections — category, style, and lens choices you make
• Usage data — events like session start, lens selected, and conversation completed (metadata, not content)
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device info, error logs
• Feedback — only if you choose to submit it

• No user accounts or profiles
• No saved conversation history
• No server-side copies of generated lens cards

Your input is sent to a third-party AI model provider so Lenses can generate a response. That provider may process your input on its own infrastructure under its own policies and legal obligations. We use analytics tools to understand how the app is used — these receive metadata, not conversation content.

Some providers may process data outside your country. We aim to use appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Conversation content is processed in transit and not retained as a product record. Usage analytics and technical logs are kept for as long as reasonably needed to operate and improve the service, then deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no internet-based service is completely secure. Do not submit information that would cause significant harm if disclosed.

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Because Lenses has no accounts, we may need additional details to locate any records related to you.

Lenses is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be available here.
