Lenses is not:

• crisis support;

• a diagnostic tool;
• a treatment service;
• emergency assistance;
• legal, financial, or professional advice.

Nothing provided in Lenses should be treated as medical advice, mental health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Use of Lenses does not create any therapist-patient, doctor-patient, counsellor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Lenses, its creators, operators, or any affiliated party.

Lenses is intended only for general reflective use in relation to everyday questions, such as decisions, stress, conflict, ambition, meaning, grief, and daily life friction.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, or act on anything generated by Lenses.

Do not use Lenses for urgent, high-risk, or emergency situations.

If you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, if you are in immediate danger, if you may be experiencing abuse or assault, or if you may be having a medical or mental health emergency, stop using Lenses and seek immediate help from local emergency services, a crisis line, or a qualified professional.

Lenses uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate for your circumstances, or wrong.

Lenses does not guarantee:

• that any perspective is suitable for your particular situation;
• that the service will meet your expectations;
• that using Lenses will lead to any specific outcome, improvement, or decision.

You should use your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified professional.

Lenses may discuss emotionally significant topics. Even when generated with care, responses may feel uncomfortable, imperfect, or unhelpful.

Lenses may decline, interrupt, redirect, or stop certain conversations, especially where safety concerns or misuse concerns arise.

Do not submit information that you are not comfortable sharing through an online AI-powered service.

Features, outputs, safety flows, and data practices may evolve over time, especially during alpha and beta stages.
